A.★如果投標(biāo)人為中國境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需具有合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；If the Bidder is a company registered within the territory of China, it shall possess a legally valid Business License of an enterprise legal person, Tax Registration Certificate, and Organizational Code Certificate, or a unified business license combining these certificates. When submitting the bid, the Bidder shall provide a scanned copy of the original document (with the originals kept available for verification).★如果投標(biāo)人為中國境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；If the Bidder is a company registered outside the territory of China, it shall provide a valid certificate of company registration.★投標(biāo)人為分公司的，需具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)注冊）/公司登記注冊證明（境外注冊）和上級法人單位授權(quán)書（授權(quán)該分公司投標(biāo)和簽訂合同），投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）。If the Bidder is a branch company, it shall possess a legally valid business license (for those registered within China) / certificate of company registration (for those registered outside China) and an authorization letter from the superior legal entity (authorizing the branch to bid and sign contracts). No.F.★證書：交貨時提供 ABS 或 DNV 或 BV 或 CCS 之一出具的臍帶纜及 UTA產(chǎn)品COC 證書，和隨產(chǎn)品證書的質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)記錄文件。Certification: the umbilical and UTA, with applicable certifications from ABS or DNV or BV or CCS, will be delivered along with the Product Certificate of Conformity (COC) and relevant quality control records.業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's Past Performance★:2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少1個合同的臍帶纜產(chǎn)品的供貨業(yè)績（供貨業(yè)績的制造商必須是投標(biāo)人），且均滿足臍帶纜液壓鋼管內(nèi)徑≥1"，電力電纜電壓等級≥6kV的技術(shù)要求。Subject to the contract signing date, the bidder shall have at least 1 contract evidencing its supply performance records of umbilical cables products from January 1, 2015 to the bid close date, and the manufacturer of the supplied products must be the bidder itself. All the products shall meet the technical requirements ： the inner diameter of the hydraulic steel tube within the umbilical cable must be ≥ 1 inch, and the voltage rating of the power cables must be ≥ 6 kV.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括：1）合同；2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調(diào)試驗收報告或其它可以證明合同項下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。The bidder shall submit the Performance Form in the specified format and provide the relevant performance certification documents.The performance certification documents include: 1) Contracts; 2) Goods arrival acceptance signed or stamped by the client (i.e. Arrival Acceptance Form, or, Commissioning Acceptance Report, or other valid certifications that can prove the goods under the contract have passed the arrival acceptance).投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、貨物名稱、液壓鋼管內(nèi)徑≥1"，電力電纜電壓等級≥6kV的技術(shù)要求、用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must include at least the following contents: the contract signing date; the contract signature page (China domestic trade contracts shall be stamped by the buyer and the seller, while international trade contracts shall be signed or stamped by the buyer and the seller); the name of the goods; the technical requirements：the inner diameter of the hydraulic steel tube within the umbilical cable must be ≥ 1 inch, and the voltage rating of the power cables must be ≥ 6 kV; and the goods arrival acceptance signed or stamped by the client.若業(yè)績合同為無固定總價協(xié)議，除提供協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗收材料，訂單內(nèi)容或編號應(yīng)與協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個協(xié)議下，提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗收材料，均算為1個業(yè)績。If the performance contract is an agreement without a fixed lump-sum price, in addition to submitting the agreement itself, the bidder shall also provide th
